- Refresh package
With the Refresh package, you have two daily sessions of yoga and meditation the tropical gardens. You can also attend how many yoga and meditation classes you want out of over 12 daily classes at two yoga shalas. You also get yoga equipment including mats, bolsters, straps, blocks and eye masks.
- Renew package
If you’re into fitness, this fitness retreat package is something for you. This package consists of seven fitness sessions on the beach and in the tropical gardens. You can also attend as many fitness sessions as you like at a gym nearby, and there are daily yoga classes at the retreat.
- Ayurvedic Healing Package
This is Bali’s most awarded healing retreat. The package offers a wide range of healing treatments – two Ayurveda healing sessions, one Balinese healing session, eight yoga and meditation sessions, and the possibility to choose from other alternative therapies. You will also be provided with yoga equipment.
